appearances and more. His work is well-known and admired
internationally. Don's portrayal of ranch foreman Sam Butler
in the highly acclaimed television western, The High Chaparral,
still stands as one of his greatest characterizations to his legions
of fans. He was United States Marshal Will Foreman in Outlaws,
shopkeeper William Tompkins in The Young Riders, and the host of
educational television's The Desert Speaks.
