A word about ETHICS
We should not have to say this, but apparently there are some who do not understand the importance of ethics. The information contained in this web site comes from a wide variety of sources and contributors, and all of it is presumed to be original, unless stated otherwise. It is not our intention to monitor other sites to see if there might be a similarity. We accept up front that contributors are honest and decent people, and we gratefully acknowledge their interest and support. We have used many promotional photographs throughout the pages. Since we do not know the original photographers for any of the promotional photographs, and since we further do not know if any of these photographs can be considered Public Domain, we do acknowledge that we are using them without the express written permission of the original photographers, who might still hold the copyrights. These photographs are also in the personal possession and collection of the web master of this site or belong to Don Collier and have been used with his full permission. Ditto can be said for any screen capture used on this site. A great many of the photos bear personal inscriptions from the actors and athletes. We do not claim ownership or copyright to any of the characters created by any of the writers, producers, directors, actors or any other persons affiliated with a television series or a movie evaluated herein. No rights are given, implied, or known. All behind-the-scenes information is from Don Collier's personal recollections or from the memories of those who were there to witness the incident. We do not accept second-hand information in this area. If it disagrees with the way this same information may be presented on another web site, it means only that it is normal for people to recall things differently. We will not retract from this web site in favor of another with similar or conflicting information. All historical character biographies were written by Lee Paul, a professional western writer of 30+ years. Most of them have been published in longer versions in Lee Paul's many books and magazine articles, and they have been condensed for this web site and are used with permission. Lee Paul maintains copyright to all of them. If anyone feels he has a legitimate complaint about any feature on this web site, please bring it to our immediate attention. It will be thoroughly investigated, and corrective action will be taken, if warranted. Email This is Don Collier's official web site. He is a wonderful role-model and human being in his personal life and a talented and gifted person in his professional one. The Deputy
